While watching The Sopranos the other night, something was said that made me think.
"Depression is Rage turned Inward."
Truer words were never spoken. Maybe anger is the problem. Everyone is angry about something. Something always makes one angry, but the truth is that We are the ones that make ourselves angry. I am reminded of the only thing I took from that book "Catcher in the Rye",When they asked Holden to write about someone who influenced his life the most and all he could come up with was that he is the person that influenced his life most. We are in control of our own actions.
