Crime is Everywhere!

While driving with Ph.Dave to the Junkyard to pick up some parts for his car, we saw a crime in progress.

Purse Snatching!

Some guy just snagged this woman's purse and her consort went running after this fool down the street. It looks like the criminal was about to get over run as we took the corner. Strangest thing to see a crime occur in plain sight. At first I was looking, not understanding why this guy all of the sudden started running down the street. Then I noticed that he had two other people after him and he was carrying something. It was then that I put the images together and deduced that the event of a purse snatching occurred.
